My paintings L´essentiel est invisible pour lex yeux, are about sensing, uncovering and discovering the world through your senses.

 

I try to create my paintings so that they are open for interpretation by the viewer and regard them as partly abstract and figurative. I believe that we live in a highly visual, complex world dominated by rationality, as a contrast to this, my paintings are about connecting to ones intuition and emotion and letting them guide you through life. Moreover I am fascinated by femininity and women’s differing personalitys, and by the continuously uncovering of a persons soul. I have a educational background within Art History and fashion, a mixture reflected in my work as well.

 

When painting, I like to experiment with various materials, colours and structures and balancing these. I have all through my life been drawn to subjects of high aesthetic values which I work with enhancing as well..
